Failure in Diia due to millions of applications for 1000 hryvnias: what to do

According to glavcom.ua: In the 'Diia' app, there was a temporary issue due to a large number of users submitting applications to receive 1000 UAH under the 'Winter Support' program. 'Glavkom' reported this, citing 'Diia'.

Developers ask those who encounter an error to try submitting an application later, as the service will be available until December 24, 2025. So there is no reason to worry - everyone interested will have time to take advantage of this opportunity.

It is important to note that 'Winter Support' is just one of the government initiatives to support Ukrainians during the cold season. Every citizen can apply for assistance in the amount of 1000 UAH and receive it by the end of 2025.
