According to Главком: The Diia app has introduced a cutting-edge artificial intelligence assistant named Diia.AI, now available in an open beta phase. This tool handles tasks like generating official certificates and paying traffic fines by automatically processing user requests and retrieving data from state registries. Diia.AI delivers results without requiring users to fill out complicated forms, making access to government services much smoother.

Core Services Offered by Diia.AI

The AI assistant currently supports three key services:

• Generating a residence certificate for adults;
• Generating a residence certificate for a child;
• Paying traffic violation fines.

When handling fines, the system provides details about the violation, the amount due, and the date, while also enabling immediate payment with a receipt. For instance, on the Diia portal, the AI assistant can produce an income statement in just two minutes.

Diia.AI is powered by Google’s Gemini technology, but personal user data never reaches external models. All sensitive information is processed within the system’s secure environment. This makes Diia.AI the world’s first government-operated AI assistant, offering Ukrainian citizens a convenient gateway to public services.
