The offender was taken to a police room.

According to the press service of the capital's underground system, 'an unauthorized passenger entry into the tunnel at Palats Ukraina station led to a train delay of up to 15 minutes.' The violator faces administrative charges under the following statutes:

• Article 173 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses for petty hooliganism
• Article 178 for appearing intoxicated in public places

The maximum penalty under Article 173 includes up to 15 days of administrative detention.
