Two Russian oil depots are on fire in Crimea: drone strikes hit tanks
According to glavcom.ua: In temporarily occupied Crimea, at the oil depot in the village of Hvardiyske (Simferopol district), an incident occurred - after an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles, the second tank caught fire. This information was spread by local Telegram channels, reports 'Glavkom'.
Local residents claim that the fire in the second tank was recorded at 14:10. It is likely that the territory of the attacked oil depot belongs to the ATAN gas station network. According to satellite images, there are eight large capacity tanks and six smaller tanks located at the depot.
The information about the scale of the fire and the damage caused is being clarified.
At night, Russian air defense forces mistakenly shot down their own military aircraft during a drone strike. This was reported by spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy Dmitry Pletenchuk. 'In repelling the attacks of the Ukrainians, they were able to down their own aircraft today over Crimea. The fighting continues. All information is currently being gathered in Crimea,' noted Pletenchuk.
The spokesman also added that as a result of the nighttime attack on Crimea, there was a fire at another Russian oil depot.
