In November, the Ministry of Finance transferred UAH 16.8 billion in transfers to the general fund of local budgets, which is 100% of the planned amount for November. As of the beginning of December 2025, the accounts of local budgets and budgetary institutions had UAH 167.3 billion, which is UAH 46.7 billion more than at the beginning of the year.
