Rezerv+ restores authorization after night failure

We continue to restore authorization in Rezerv+

According to Мін. Оборони: On the night of October 18, the security certificate of the Rezerv+ application was automatically updated, which caused the previous version of the program to be unable to connect to the system. To resolve this issue, the publication of the updated version of Rezerv+ was started around 04:00. The update became available on Google Play at 06:30 and in the App Store at 07:46.

After the publication of the new version of the application, many users began to log in simultaneously, which caused a sharp increase in load. At 10:02, the problem with the excessive load was resolved, and the systems responsible for login were restarted. Currently, the process of adding capacity and adjusting settings for more efficient processing of accumulated requests is ongoing.

What are we doing now?

• Secondly, we are systematically identifying and resolving issues that hinder the full restoration of authorization.
