According to Главком: On May 21, Ukraine witnessed a series of significant events. Russian forces launched an attack on Dnipro, causing injuries among civilians. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited Slavutych, where he discussed with community leaders from Kyiv and Chernihiv regions the reinforcement of protective structures, fortifications, and preparations to strengthen the border.

“Regions are working on strengthening protective structures and fortifications, and added that border reinforcement will be addressed further,” noted Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The government also updated the list of critical infrastructure, reflecting the urgent needs arising from wartime conditions.
