According to hvylya.net: The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a resolution regarding the signing of an agreement with the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) to send Ukrainian personnel to the court's representation in Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice reported.

The agreement aims to deepen cooperation in investigating international crimes related to Russia's aggression against Ukraine, and to coordinate with international partners to bring the guilty to justice. The document regulates the procedure for sending personnel, their status, and the conditions for social and medical security, providing for the granting of immunities and privileges to Ukrainian workers.

The Ministry of Justice emphasizes that signing this agreement is not just a formal step in inter-state cooperation, but an effective tool in the fight for justice.

Representatives of the Ministry of Justice believe that the agreement will help strengthen the collection of evidence, protect the rights of victims, and support Ukraine in defending the principle of non-impunity for international crimes.
