Ukraine has cleared more than 5 thousand hectares of land: where work has resumed

According to hvylya.net: De-mining operators have completed the de-mining of agricultural land as part of the state program. According to information from the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture, 5,138 hectares of land have been cleared at a cost of 328.2 million hryvnias. The most land was cleared in the Kharkiv, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions.

In Kharkiv region, according to ministry representatives, an area of more than 1.7 thousand hectares has been returned to use. During de-mining here, anti-tank mines and unguided aerial missiles were found. The work lasted 5 months - from May to September 2025.

The Deputy Minister noted that this is significant work, but thanks to this, farmers will be able to start work on the cleared lands this year without risking their lives and equipment.
