Ukraine to deploy a thousand interceptor drones per day: how this will change air defense
Ukrainian Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal announced plans to use a thousand interceptor drones a day to protect against potential Russian attacks.
'This level will be achieved. I cannot talk about what the current level is, but very soon this level will be realized.'
According to Shmyhal, Ukraine has over 800 drones at night, so it is necessary to exceed this figure. The main challenge is to create a powerful infrastructure for drone management, including ground control complexes, radars, and other elements with artificial intelligence.
The implementation of a thousand interceptor drones within the Ukrainian army will contribute to improving the air defense system and strengthening the protection of civilian infrastructure from possible strikes by Russia.
Ukraine is preparing for a new level of air defense, planning to use a thousand interceptor drones to effectively protect against potential threats. This step in improving the defense system is expected to enhance the protection of the country's infrastructure from potential attacks.
