Ukrainians abroad will be limited in services: who will not be able to obtain a passport
According to hvylya.net: From November 2025, conscripted citizens of Ukraine living abroad who have not updated their data in the military register will not be able to receive consular services, as provided for by draft law No. 12076. There will also be an increase in control over this category of citizens.
According to the document, men aged 25 to 60 must update their data in territorial recruitment centers in a timely manner. If their information is absent in the system, they will be restricted from accessing various services, including the processing of documents and consular services abroad.
Ukrainian conscripts who are abroad must regularly update their data in the military register in order to be able to receive consular assistance if needed.
