The government presented a digital platform "Veteran Career" that helps veterans find jobs, training, or opportunities to start their own business. Over 65,000 current job vacancies are already posted on the service across Ukraine. This was reported by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.

The platform was created with the involvement of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine as a practical tool for returning to civilian life. It concerns not only job searching but also systematic support for adaptation after service.

The "Veteran Career" Platform: what the service offers

Besides vacancies, the platform unites educational programs and grant opportunities in one digital space. The service helps adapt military experience to the needs of the civilian labor market.

Users can:

  • create a resume taking into account the skills acquired during service;

  • identify areas where such experience is most in demand;

  • receive practical advice on employment or retraining.

Employment of veterans: initial results

Currently, over 3,000 veterans are registered on the platform, as well as almost a thousand employers ready to hire people with combat experience. Officials emphasize that the service is focused on real needs rather than formal support programs.

To use the platform, you need to visit the website work.veteranfund.com.ua, select the option "I am a veteran", fill out a short questionnaire and confirm registration via email.

Recall that the ministry of defense launches career consultations for veterans.
