The government has simplified the procurement of heat pumps for critical infrastructure: what has changed

The government has expanded the possibilities for public procurement of heat pumps and boilers for the rapid restoration of critical infrastructure. Changes have been made to point 13 of the Features of Public Procurement, specifically through a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The updated version allows the purchase of heat pumps, boilers, their components, and equipment without using the electronic procurement system. The procurement procedure for services necessary for connecting to artesian and other operational wells of various types has also been simplified.

The government has expanded the possibilities for public procurement by simplifying procedures for purchasing necessary equipment, heat pumps, and boilers, which will allow for faster restoration of critical infrastructure. Such changes will contribute to improving efficiency and responsiveness in the field of public procurement in this area.
