A storm wind and rain are sweeping Ukraine: forecasters warn of weather changes

According to glavcom.ua: Forecasters predict cloudy weather, strong winds, and rain in Ukraine on Friday, December 12. Such conditions will prevail in most parts of the country. Rain is expected at night in the south, east, and center, while during the day rain will pass in the southeast, west, and north. The air temperature at night will be 1-6° Celsius, during the day +4..+9°, and in the south it may reach +12°. Fog is not excluded in the Carpathians.
