According to hvylya.net: The Ministry of Community and Territorial Development has announced the launch of the eOselya program for internally displaced persons and residents of frontline regions. According to the department's announcement, this program provides assistance in solving housing issues.

Specifically, the state plans to partially reimburse the costs of acquiring housing: a compensation of 70% of the first payment and 70% of the monthly payment for the first year. Additional financial assistance is also provided for commissions, fees, and insurance. The maximum cost of purchased housing is 2 million hryvnias.

At the same time, an experimental project is being launched to create municipal rental housing for internally displaced persons. This construction will be carried out at the expense of local funds, loans, and grants and will remain the property of the community, and then be rented at an affordable price, the department reported.

The construction of a housing quarter for internally displaced persons has begun

A housing quarter for internally displaced persons from Mariupol has also begun construction in Bilia Tserkva. This city is considered ideal for integrating families who have lost their homes due to the war. The project is funded by the Mariupol City Council. In the future, similar initiatives are planned to be implemented in other communities, the Ministry of Development added.
