A shell exploded in Dnipro: a man was arrested by the police

According to glavcom.ua: An accident occurred in the center of Dnipro - a 15-year-old teenager sustained serious injuries as a result of an explosion of a shell that he received from an adult man. The incident happened during the transfer of a dangerous item from a 24-year-old man to the minor.

The police are investigating this case, and the man has already been arrested on charges of illegal handling of ammunition. The investigation is ongoing.

The man was arrested in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. He has been charged with violating Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for the illegal handling of ammunition and explosive substances. The investigation is ongoing.

Recently, a similar incident with an explosion occurred in the Lviv district, but at that time it was possible to avoid injuries to people. Such incidents are extremely dangerous and require close monitoring by the authorities and law enforcement agencies.
