Military will evaluate dry rations via QR code: how it will work

Dry rations for soldiers with QR code
Військові оцінять сухі пайки за допомогою QR-коду: як це буде реалізовано.

The Ministry of Defense has announced that soldiers will have the opportunity to leave feedback on dry rations by scanning the QR code on the packaging of individual rations DPNP and DPNP-P. This opportunity will become part of the 'State Operator of Rear Supply' strategy aimed at improving the supply system for military personnel based on their experience.

According to the department's information, starting from October 2025, the QR code will be mandatory for all dry ration manufacturers. Feedback collected through scanning the code will allow soldiers to express their opinions on the quality of the meals, the packaging, and the overall impression. This feedback will evaluate taste characteristics and packaging convenience, as well as help identify the main needs of soldiers to improve rations.

  • Taste and packaging will be evaluated.
  • The survey results will help identify the main requests of soldiers for improving rations.

In military units, the supply of dry rations with QR codes has already begun, as well as the collection and analysis of data to improve the food system for military personnel, including those who have already taken advantage of the innovation.

By using QR codes on the packaging of dry rations, soldiers will be able to easily and quickly express their impressions and requests regarding the quality and convenience of the rations. This will improve the food system in the army, taking into account the opinions and needs of the military personnel themselves.
