Pensioners undergo mandatory payment procedure
УПФ спростив процедуру відеоідентифікації для громадян України за кордоном.

According to hvylya.net: We remind you that to continue receiving payments, pensioners and those receiving social insurance payments who temporarily reside outside Ukraine or in temporarily occupied territories are required to undergo physical identification annually by December 31. This can be done via video conferencing with the Pension Fund authorities.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine has made changes to the online appointment service for video identification for pensioners. Now, beneficiaries who are temporarily outside the country can indicate this when filling out an application on the e-service portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

On the e-service portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, in the section 'Application for identification via video conferencing', an option has appeared for those temporarily residing outside Ukraine. Users can indicate this by marking the corresponding checkbox and sign up for identification via video conferencing.

Beneficiaries residing in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine can also use this service. However, they do not indicate the checkbox about residing outside Ukraine when filling out the application.

Instructions for obtaining video identification

To register for video identification through the web portal, you need to follow a few steps. First, select the 'Application for identification via video conferencing' tab at the top of the screen.

Then, familiarize yourself with the information about the categories of beneficiaries and click 'Continue' if you belong to one of them. In the application form, it is necessary to fill in all fields marked with an asterisk: personal data, identification document data, email address, and phone number.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine has simplified the procedure for receiving pensions for those abroad. Now, pensioners temporarily residing outside the country can easily indicate this when filling out an application on the web portal. This will facilitate the receipt of payments for pensioners who are in foreign countries or temporarily occupied territories, making the process even more convenient.
