From September 10, the rules for eQueue change in Ukraine: what drivers need to know

Ukrainian drivers and carriers must familiarize themselves with the updated registration rules in the eQueue system. Now it has become easier: applications are submitted once when booking a place in the online queue at the border. Driver data is automatically verified by the border service and the EKIS system of Ukrtransbezpeka.

How the new system works

• The State Border Guard Service and the EKIS system automatically verify driver data.

• To leave the country, the driver needs a valid passport and registration in the system.

Who can leave the country

Only those drivers who are registered in the system and have passport details that match their foreign passport are allowed to cross the border.

Important advice for carriers

• Check driver data in the system to avoid queues.

• Replace drivers in the system when they are dismissed to avoid problems at the border.
