The government launches 'Winter Support': who will receive thousands of hryvnias

According to Кулеба: The government has created the 'Winter Support' program 2025/2026 to assist Ukrainians during the cold season. This package combines over ten government initiatives aimed at supporting the population.

One of the key initiatives is the '3000 kilometers across Ukraine' program, which allows free travel on Ukrzaliznytsia for up to 3000 km during off-peak months. There will also be enhanced support for residents of front-line regions, energy efficiency programs, and other measures.

These measures will help improve the lives of Ukrainians, reduce heating and electricity costs, and ensure safe living conditions, especially in areas affected by the military conflict.
