Another case of corruption has been registered in Odesa - the head of the medical department of the military hospital demanded a large sum of money for assistance in declaring a conscript unfit for service. He was caught red-handed while receiving a bribe of 2000 dollars. Now he has been taken into custody.
The man who was attempted to be bribed did not overlook this crime and reported it to law enforcement. Thanks to his reaction, the corrupt medical worker has been detained. Now the case will be transferred to court, and the accused faces serious penalties for extortion and receiving illegal benefits.
