Zelensky announced the exact date for the start of the heating season in Ukraine

President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that the heating season has begun. Buildings in our social sector are already being heated. From October 28, it will officially be warm for all of us.

In addition, Zelensky has managed to find funds for gas imports. Approximately 70% of the required amount has already been collected. The head of state assured that the government will provide the full amount for purchasing gas on external markets.

The president also reported that work is already underway to restore critical infrastructure facilities damaged as a result of air attacks. The government allocated 8.4 billion UAH for the heating season of 2025/2026.

Zelensky is actively working on ensuring Ukraine has heating and gas, as well as the reconstruction of important facilities, so that the country is ready for the coldest months of the year. New steps in this direction indicate that the government is taking effective measures to ensure the comfort of citizens.
