According to hvylya.net: President Volodymyr Zelensky shared the results of the meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff, which took place on October 13, 2025. The main topic of discussion was the need for protection and restoration of energy infrastructure after Russian attacks.

In particular, the head of state expressed gratitude to energy workers, repair teams, and emergency service rescuers who work without weekends.

The situation remains difficult in frontline areas and in border zones with Russia. According to the president, there are ongoing shelling from Russian strike drones and missiles, but the restoration of power supply continues.

The situation regarding recovery in Odesa and the region was also discussed, where many mistakes by local leaders were noted. In addition, issues of recovery in other regions of Ukraine, such as Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk region, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Poltava, were examined, specifying the volumes of necessary equipment, timelines, and funding.

In the military sphere, attention was given to expanding the capabilities of army aviation to combat drones, plans for creating new helicopter groups, and cooperation with drone interceptor manufacturers. Furthermore, the Minister of Defense announced plans for a new 'Ramstein'.

During the meeting, current issues regarding the restoration and protection of energy infrastructure after Russian attacks, the difficult situation in frontline communities and border zones, as well as cooperation with regional leaders to address shortcomings and improve the situation in various parts of the country were discussed. The topic of enhancing the defense capability of the military sphere was also raised, particularly the expansion of aviation capabilities and cooperation with drone interceptor manufacturers.
