According to glavcom.ua: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky ordered the establishment of the Odesa City Military Administration. This structure will now operate in the Odesa district of the Odesa region, headed by Serhiy Lysak, former head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional administration.

This is happening at a time when Ukraine is facing electricity supply issues due to Russian cyberattacks. Massive power outages have affected all regions of the country, except for some areas.

The Ukrainian meeting at «Ramstein» proved to be important for the country. Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal stated that Ukraine had reached out to its partners requesting a «winter air defense package», in which it asked for enough interceptor missiles to protect the civilian population and infrastructure.
