Zelenskyy's Diplomatic Missions and Military Strikes

According to Главком: Amidst a backdrop of ongoing conflict, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy conducted diplomatic visits to Berlin and Oslo on April 14-15. These high-level meetings in Europe's capitals coincided with a series of Russian military attacks across multiple Ukrainian regions. During his visit to Germany, Ukraine and Germany signed ten significant agreements, marking a substantial step forward in bilateral cooperation. President Zelenskyy stated upon arrival in Norway:

"I have arrived in Oslo. Important meetings and the signing of a bilateral document to strengthen our security are planned. Ahead are talks with Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, a meeting with Crown Prince Haakon of Norway, and discussions with Norwegian parliamentarians."

On April 15, the Russian military struck the Cherkasy region, resulting in the death of one child and leaving several others wounded.
