Zelensky at the UN: International institutions failed to stop the war
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky sharply criticized international institutions during his speech at the UN General Assembly, stating that they are currently unable to ensure the security of countries and prevent wars. He emphasized that international law does not function properly without strong allies ready to support it.
'There are no security guarantees other than friends and weapons. No Ukrainian chose such a reality,'

In addition, Zelensky drew attention to issues related to the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant and expressed his opinion on the development of drone technologies and artificial intelligence in the military sector.
Moreover, the head of the Ukrainian state announced the readiness to export its own weapon samples and called for the establishment of common rules regarding the use of artificial intelligence in military systems. He urged the international community to take joint actions to counter aggressors and protect international law.
