Failure in Diia on payment day: thousands of Ukrainians cannot receive 1000 hryvnias
On the first day of the launch of the latest state program of financial assistance, the 'Diia' application faced serious technical problems. Thousands of users began to complain about the inability to log into the system - an error occurs during the authorization attempt.
According to information from the press service of the 'Diia' application, the cause of the failures was the large number of citizens who tried to submit applications for financial assistance at the same time. As a result, the state registers work unstable, leading to problems with authorization in the application.
As of November 15, one-time assistance in the amount of 1000 hryvnias began for all Ukrainians who are on the territory of the country at the time of application submission. The assistance is provided without any additional conditions and restrictions, but it will not be received by displaced persons abroad or stateless persons.
For those who cannot use the application, there is an opportunity to submit an application through the branches of Ukrposhta. The program will be in effect until December 24 of the current year, and the funds can be used until June 30, 2026. Citizens have enough time to participate in the program and use the received assistance.
Thus, the latest state program of financial assistance 'Diia' launched with problems due to the heavy load and technical shortcomings, but the government is trying to correct the situation for the convenience of users.
