Ukrainian Armed Forces released data on TCC: 90% of accusations turned out to be manipulations
According to hvylya.net: The Command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has published statistics on violations in the Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support for August. According to the official Telegram channel of the Ground Forces, most accusations of violations turned out to be manipulations. Out of 192 incidents, only 19 (10%) were confirmed, the rest were unverified manipulations.
As reported by the official Telegram channel of the Ground Forces, out of 192 incidents where TCC was accused, only 19 cases (10%) were confirmed and had real grounds. The remaining 173 incidents (90%) turned out to be manipulations.
The command believes that these manipulations are aimed at discrediting the military institution and undermining the state's defense capability. For the confirmed cases of violations, the military has already taken appropriate measures. Four individuals have been suspended from their duties, and 5 servicemen have been disciplined.
Transparency and Fighting Corruption
In particular, there is insistence on the need for transparency in the activities of the Ground Forces. Open reporting is crucial for countering Russian propaganda. The military stated that they aim for the actions of their subordinates to be legal, and violators to be punished.
The government has made changes to mobilization rules aimed at automating the process and reducing bureaucracy in the Territorial Recruitment Centers. Also, cases of corruption schemes related to evasion of service have already been uncovered by the State Bureau of Investigation.
The Ukrainian military continues to work on ensuring transparency and discipline in the army, and is also making steps to improve mobilization procedures to ensure effective and fair military conditions.
