Payment of 1000 hryvnias for winter: applications start being accepted from November 15

According to hvylya.net: The Minister of Social Policy Denys Ulutyn announced the possibility of receiving financial support under the 'Warm Winter' program. Citizens of Ukraine will be able to apply for receiving 1000 hryvnias from November 15 to December 15. Money can be received through the mobile application 'Diia', the branches of 'Ukrposhta', or banking institutions. The funds can be used within 180 days for various needs - from paying utility bills to charitable contributions.

To apply for assistance, citizens will be able to use 'Diia', 'Ukrposhta', or banks. All citizens, except for those who are abroad or in temporarily occupied territories, have the right to receive funds.
