720 thousand conscripts received deferrals: how the new system works
After the launch of the updated simplified system, which came into effect in November, more than 720 thousand conscripts received automatic extensions of deferrals. This was reported by the head of the Main Department of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Defense, Oleg Berestovyi, during a telethon.
Process of obtaining a deferral
According to Berestovyi, most conscripts did not need to additionally apply themselves. Those who still require initial registration or extension of their deferral have two options - online through Reserve+ or through the CNAP.
1. Online through Reserve+ (approximately 80% of cases) - the fastest way, which takes minimal time and allows you to immediately receive a deferral in the application.
2. Through CNAP (approximately 20% of cases) - you can register at any convenient center and submit documents in paper or electronic form.
Extension of deferral and recommendations
The decision on the extension of the deferral is made by the Territorial Qualification Commission within 7-14 days. Since the beginning of November, more than 25 thousand documents have been processed through CNAPs.
'We urge you to do this online through Reserve+, especially if you are applying for the first time. This way you do not burden our centers, save time, and simplify the process,' emphasized Oleg Berestovyi.
During the telethon, it became known that more than 720 thousand conscripts received automatic extensions of deferrals thanks to the new simplified system of the Ministry of Defense. For most participants, there was no need to apply themselves, but if an extension or initial registration of a deferral is needed, it can be done online or through CNAP. It is recommended to choose online registration to simplify the process and avoid overloading the centers.
