How mobile CNAPs bring state services closer in frontline areas
A mobile CNAP is a vehicle specially equipped to provide public services that travels to remote communities where people cannot reach the offices of administrative service centers by themselves. In the third quarter, mobile CNAPs provided administrative services to more than 11,000 Ukrainians - mothers with children, people with disabilities, and residents of frontline regions where demand has increased almost fivefold.
