The Armed Forces of Ukraine officially expanded its arsenal with a laser-guided drone

The R-34-T drone, developed at the request of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, is ready to carry out combat tasks, including laser illumination of targets for striking with guided munitions. The implementation of this drone will enhance the effectiveness of using guided munitions, especially at long distances and in conditions of active enemy air defense.

The Arsenal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been augmented with the advanced drone R-34-T, which can perform laser target designation. This drone has been approved for use in the units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine after successful testing, as reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine through 'Hlavkom'.

In addition, the R-34-T is equipped with secure communication channels, a modular architecture, and resilience to electronic warfare means. This will allow for more efficient resource utilization, reduce munitions costs, and minimize risks for operators and combat units.

In the first six months of 2025, the Defense Forces of Ukraine have significantly intensified the fight against Russian occupiers and enemy equipment. According to information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, over 230,000 Russian service members have already been neutralized.

Some instances of response to aggression have also been recorded. For example, the Defense Forces of Ukraine successfully struck the command post of the eighth combined arms army of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, as well as a point of the 20th motorized rifle division in Donetsk region. The enemy's losses are being clarified, but precise strikes have significantly limited the enemy's actions in the region.

It is noted that the new unmanned aerial vehicle R-34-T has significantly strengthened the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in conducting combat operations, ensuring more effective combat engagement and enhancing the safety of military units.
