New drone Artemis ALM-20 with a range of 1600 km: details about the Ukrainian project

According to hvylya.net: The American company Auterion, together with a Ukrainian company, has completed the project to create a long-range kamikaze drone Artemis ALM-20. The drone has impressive technical characteristics: a range of 1600 km, a payload weight of 45 kg, and a visual guidance system based on artificial intelligence.

Artemis ALM-20 successfully underwent a full test cycle, including launch from the ground, GPS and non-GPS navigation, long transit, and ground detonation. Messages from Auterion also note that the drone has a navigation and targeting system based on the onboard Skynode N computer, which allows hitting targets even when satellite navigation failures occur and provides high-targeting accuracy.

Transition to the production scaling phase

Auterion, together with the US Department of Defense and other partners, is preparing to scale the production of Artemis ALM-20. Production lines are being built in Ukraine, the USA, and Germany. The preliminary successful performance of the drone confirms its potential for real situations, including strikes against Russia.
