Cooling in Ukraine from November 15: which regions will be affected by rain and snow

Weather in Ukraine: light rains and cooling

On Saturday, November 15, an atmospheric front will arrive in Ukraine, bringing light rains to certain regions. This was warned by meteorologist Natalkа Didenko in her social media post. According to the forecaster, precipitation is expected in Volyn, Rivne, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Sumy regions. In the rest of Ukraine, significant precipitation is not anticipated.

During the day, the air temperature will remain between +8 to +12 degrees Celsius. In the south and southwest of Ukraine, it will be somewhat warmer – up to +14 degrees. Meanwhile, in Volyn, Rivne, the northern areas of Zhytomyr, Kyiv, and Chernihiv, cooling will begin, with daytime temperatures ranging from +5 to +8 degrees. In the capital, about +10 degrees is expected tomorrow. Light rain will likely fall in the evening, while a brisk southwestern wind is forecasted for the first half of the day.

Worsening weather already on Sunday

'On Sunday - pay attention - cooling is expected in most regions of Ukraine, except for the south, down to +3 to +8 degrees!' – warned the meteorologist. On Monday, November 17, it will become warmer again. However, on November 19-20, significant cooling will occur in the west, north, and occasionally in central regions.

'November will become more autumnal, the weather will be 'upside-down', just as in this seasonal time' – noted Natalkа Didenko.

The meteorologist also reminded that tomorrow, November 16, the Christmas fast begins.

Natalkа Didenko warned about light rains and cooling in Ukraine on Saturday, as well as the worsening weather on Sunday. She pointed to the temperature changes expected even in the central regions of the country and reminded about the beginning of the Christmas fast.
