Puchner’s World Cup career began in January 2013 with her debut in St. Anton. Over the years, she competed in 178 World Cup races, securing two victories and nine podium finishes. Her first win came three years after her debut.

- A silver medal in the downhill at the 2025 World Championships
Puchner’s last major international season was at the 2026 Olympics, where she finished 11th in the downhill, 14th in the team combined event alongside Lisa Gerhager, and did not complete the super-G.
