Night drone attack on Ryazan: Oil refinery and airfield under fire
On the night of October 23, explosions occurred in the Russian city of Ryazan, targeting an oil refinery and an airfield. According to information from the Telegram channel Shot, local residents are reporting a drone attack, sharing videos featuring the characteristic sounds of drones.

At the same time, the Telegram channel Exilenova+ reported explosions near the oil refinery and the Dyagilevo airfield.
Officials from the local administration are currently refraining from comments regarding these events. At present, no armed forces have confirmed their involvement in the attack. It is worth noting that on the night of October 22, drones attacked two facilities in Russia: the Saransk Mechanical Plant in Mordovia and the oil refinery in Makhachkala.
Situation at the factories
The Saransk Mechanical Plant specializes in producing equipment for various industries, including the manufacture of explosives. It has also been mentioned that Russia previously attacked energy facilities and cities in Ukraine, but neither side has provided official comments on the situation.
After a series of explosions in Ryazan, local residents are recording drone attacks that have led to fires and accidents. So far, official representatives of the authorities have kept silent, refraining from making statements about involvement in these events. Just the night before, drones attacked other targets in Russia, leaving many observers without explanations.
