According to hvylya.net: Since the beginning of 2025, the Ministry of Digital Transformation has collected over 82 thousand reviews on the work of CNAPs. According to the survey, visitors are most often satisfied with the facilities and range of services offered by the centers. Issues regarding speed and information provision still require attention.
Particular attention should be paid to the regions affected by the war, where relocated CNAPs diligently provide services to internally displaced persons. Currently, the most active regions are Odessa and Chernihiv, while the most questions arise from Kyiv.
