According to glavcom.ua: Ukrainians actively use digital services not only for shopping or ordering taxis but also for marriage and divorce. The waiting time for marriage through the 'E-Marriage' service reaches half a year, but the government plans to launch another service - 'E-Divorce'. This information was disclosed by the Minister of Justice, Herman Halushchenko. He also noted that divorces through the 'Diia' service will be available this autumn.

'There is a half-year queue for 'E-Marriage' to register a marriage. We are working to ensure that there is no queue within a month of this period,' Halushchenko noted.

It is anticipated that if the war ends by 2027, the population of Ukraine in 2040 will be 23.7 million people, while if the conflict continues until 2030, it will be only around 22 million. Such data was presented by Alexander Gladun, Deputy Director of the Institute of Demography and Social Quality Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Experts also emphasize that supporting military migrants requires a careful approach that will not lead to social tension between them and those who stayed in the country. Military migrants should be provided with safety, housing, and job opportunities, but without granting special privileges, insists NASU academician Ella Libanova.

Conclusion: Ukrainians are using digital services more and more frequently for registering marriages and divorces. Governments note the demand for such services and are developing new systems to simplify the process for citizens. Experts make forecasts regarding population numbers depending on the duration of the war and also emphasize the importance of supporting military migrants without creating social conflicts.
