Kyiv region is facing bad weather: meteorologists warn of heavy rains and thunderstorms

This is reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center according to the portal 'Hvylya'. According to meteorologists, it will be cloudy with clearings in the Kyiv region and the capital. Heavy rains and thunderstorms are expected, which may negatively impact infrastructure operations. The wind will be north-west at a speed of 7–12 m/s. The air temperature will remain comfortable, at night 14–19 degrees, and during the day 20–25 degrees. In Kyiv, at night 17–19 degrees is expected, and during the day 21-23 degrees. The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Service has declared a level I danger (yellow) due to the expected heavy rains and thunderstorms in the Kyiv region and the capital. Meteorologists warn that this weather may lead to complications in the operation of energy companies, construction organizations, utility services, and transport communication. Residents of Kyiv and the region are advised to be cautious when moving, avoid open places during a thunderstorm, and follow updates from emergency response services. It is reminded that it was previously reported that atmospheric fronts will divide Ukraine.
