Mykhailo Milovanov on German Railways: Terrible Delays and Gaslighting
The President of the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) Mykhailo Milovanov complained about the German railway. He is in Germany participating in a scientific conference dedicated to the financing and rebuilding of Ukraine.
“Appreciate and love ‘Ukrzaliznytsia’. The German railway is terrible. Right now, my train is delayed by 3 hours, they constantly lie about when the train will leave, they lie about the reasons for the delay, everyone is gaslighted and told that we will leave soon. Other trains are also delayed. Some by 15 minutes, some by 5 hours. At the airport in Frankfurt, while waiting for our train, I did not see a single train that was not delayed,” - wrote Milovanov on Facebook.
Previously, he expressed concern that Ukrainian applicants choose to study abroad, leading to the loss of the most promising youth. According to Milovanov, the state funding model does not create a competitive environment, and Ukrainian education needs serious investments.
