According to Главком: The fourth day of competition at the 2026 Winter Paralympics in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo is scheduled for March 10, 2026. Events will include Para alpine skiing, Para cross-country skiing, wheelchair curling, and Para ice hockey. On this day, the Ukrainian team will only be competing in the Para cross-country skiing events. The Paralympics serve as the world's premier event for elite athletes with impairments, showcasing peak athletic performance.

Competition begins at 9:00 with Para alpine skiing, featuring the alpine combined event for athletes with vision and physical impairments. At 9:35, wheelchair curling matches commence with mixed teams competing:

Para cross-country skiing starts at 9:45, with men and women competing in sitting and standing classes in endurance races.
