According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, a low-pressure system will cover the country, drawing moist, warm air masses from the Black Sea. Atmospheric pressure will continue to fall, while relative humidity will remain high.

Light snow, turning to rain in places during the day, is expected in the western, northern, and central regions. No significant precipitation is forecast for the rest of the territory, though it will be cloudy nationwide. Wet snow and rain are anticipated across most regions, except in the southeast. Fog is possible on the Right Bank. Icing is predicted for central, northern, and Kharkiv regions, with icy roads expected everywhere except in the south and Zakarpattia.
The wind will be predominantly southerly at 5-10 m/s. Overnight temperatures will range from -1 to -6°C, with possible frosts down to -9°C on the Left Bank. Daytime temperatures are expected to be between -2°C and +3°C. In the south, overnight temperatures will be from -1°C to +4°C, and daytime temperatures from +3°C to +8°C. In Crimea, daytime temperatures will rise to +7°C to +12°C.
Kyiv Oblast and the capital will also be cloudy, with light precipitation, mainly as rain, along with fog and icy roads. The wind in Kyiv and the region will be predominantly southerly at 5-10 m/s. Overnight temperatures in Kyiv Oblast will be -1 to -6°C, rising to between -2°C and +3°C during the day. In Kyiv itself, overnight temperatures will fluctuate between -3°C and -5°C, with a daytime high around 0°C.
