Former Military Recruitment Officer Kivlyuk and His Wife Hide Millions: Investigation into Porsche and Mansion

The family of the former head of the Volyn Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCK) Oleg Kivlyuk may be hiding significant undeclared assets. Kivlyuk, after being discharged from the Armed Forces, took a position at the municipal enterprise 'Lutskspetskomuntrans'. The Center for Investigative Journalism 'Power of Truth' uncovered undeclared million-dollar assets, reports 'Glavkom'.

Undeclared Assets of the Family

Investigators note that the former military recruitment officer himself, whose declarations are hidden, and his wife, active serviceman Bohdana Kivlyuk, did not mention a number of expensive property and real estate in their reports. The main object of the investigators' attention is the 2017 premium-class Porsche Cayenne, valued at around 38 thousand dollars on the market. The Kivlyuks' family actively uses this car, but it does not appear in the declaration of Bohdana Kivlyuk, the active serviceman.

When asked by journalists whether it was her car, Malen'ka replied, 'You are mistaken. I just gave the car as a gift', after which she provided Oleg Kivlyuk's phone number.

The former military recruitment officer explains the origin of the car through friendship with a businesswoman, which, according to him, began even before his work at TCK.

Hidden Property from Declarations

The Kivlyuk family is also hiding real estate from declarations, including a service apartment and a mansion in Volodymyr. The Center for Investigative Journalism stated that it would submit the collected materials to the NAK and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) with a request for verification.

'These deficiencies are already sufficient to initiate inspections. This is either administrative or criminal responsibility', explained lawyer of the Center for Counteracting Corruption Oleksii Boyko.

The dismissed former head of TCK may be hiding significant undeclared assets along with his family. One of the main subjects of the investigation is the expensive car and real estate that are indicated as undeclared. Journalists plan to relay the information to the relevant authorities for further verification. This could have serious consequences for the former official and his wife.
