The lack of personnel is one of the key issues facing companies across all regions, and entrepreneurs urge the authorities to simplify the procedures for reserving employees.Lviv showed the most improvement in the business climate, yet companies still demand a reduction in tax pressure and more transparency in employee reservations. Dnipro has seen improvements, but there are issues with personnel shortages and logistics. Odesa and Kharkiv have also experienced some improvements in the business sector, however, they require further measures to promote company growth.
