Starting August 1, the Ministry of Finance will review applications for eRecovery: what you need to know
According to hvylya.net: Starting August 1, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine will begin reviewing applications from citizens who have submitted requests for payments under the eRecovery program.
After submitting the application via the portal or the Diia app or through the CNAP, the information is automatically forwarded to the specialists of the Ministry of Finance. They will have five working days to review and provide recommendations. After that, applications that successfully pass the review will be considered by local government commissions.
The Ministry of Finance will verify ownership information in the State Register of Property Rights, the correctness of the Taxpayer Identification Number, the accuracy of the names, and the absence of criminal records or sanctions. It is important to note that the review period by the Ministry of Finance is included in the overall application consideration period of 30 days.
'We note that while a citizen's application is undergoing verification at the Ministry of Finance, procedural decisions such as compensation accrual or denial are not made. However, commissions may contact applicants to clarify details and coordinate the time for inspection,' the department emphasized.
