According to Главком: On the sidelines of the Russia-ASEAN summit held in Kazan, Russian President Vladimir Putin sat down with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan. Putin noted that bilateral ties between Moscow and Ankara are on a positive trajectory.
'Relations between our countries are on the rise, and we are very pleased with that,'
he said. The Russian leader also sent his regards to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, attributing much of the progress to Erdogan’s stance.
