According to glavcom.ua: Russian drones on fiber optics have already reached Kramatorsk, posing a serious challenge for local defense forces. These drones, experts say, can be controlled at distances of up to 20-28 kilometers through a special fiber optic cable, without interacting with radio frequency countermeasures. This method of control also allows for the transmission of high-quality video. Currently, there are no effective technical solutions in Ukraine for neutralizing this threat, so it is crucial to improve physical protection methods and implement radar control and alert systems to warn of attacks.
