According to Міністерство Здоров'я: From January 1, 2026, Ukraine will launch an updated Calendar of preventive vaccinations. It will now include mandatory vaccinations against 11 infectious diseases, including tuberculosis, hepatitis B, measles, mumps, rubella, polio, diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, HIV, and HPV.

The new Calendar also contains some key changes, including the introduction of free HPV vaccination for girls aged 12-13 years. Changes are also planned in the vaccination schedule against hepatitis B, which will simplify the procedure and reduce the number of doctor visits.

One of the main innovations is the introduction of free HPV vaccination for teenagers, which will reduce the risk of disease. The latest 9-valent vaccine has already been purchased for this purpose.

Improvements also concern vaccination against measles, epidemic mumps, and rubella, which will now be administered at the age of 1 and 4 years, allowing for more effective protection of children against the disease.

From January 1, 2026, a new order for tuberculosis vaccination and a transition to a different polio vaccine will also be introduced. Doctors will provide information and vaccination plans taking these changes into account for each patient.
