Ukrainians in Poland Receive Lower Salaries: NBP Research Data
According to the latest research by the National Bank of Poland, Ukrainians living in this country receive lower salaries than local residents. Most Ukrainians have permanent or seasonal jobs or income from entrepreneurship, and often work in companies from other countries.
In Polish society, popular sectors for Ukrainian migrants are IT and services (27%), construction (22%), and transport (10%). Regarding Ukrainian refugees, by 2025, 54% of them were employed, while only 14% of Ukrainians were unemployed.
