• Repeat violation: 40,800 hryvnias + deprivation of driving rights for 5-7 years

How to exchange a license

To exchange an old license, you need to make an appointment at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs online or directly at the center, have your passport, tax number, old license, and medical certificate with you. The cost of a new plastic license is approximately 608 hryvnias, and it can be obtained on the same day of application.
